This video documents the third session of the project Restructuring the independence of the young people: “autonomous” independence and its conditions, created by Welfare State Youth Network·Youthzone Yangcheon, a participating artist group of the 10th Seoul Mediacity Biennale Eu Zên.
In this session, held on October 14, 2018, young individuals living independently took the stage as speakers. Drawing from their personal life experiences, they shared the realities of independence faced by today’s youth and discussed various social issues that arise throughout that process.
Restructuring the independence of the young people: “autonomous” independence and its conditions was designed as a five-session program consisting of discussions and lectures. The entire series took place at the Seoul Museum of Art from October 6 to November 17, 2018.
