Combining live and taped clips, Jon McCurley’s durational performance takes viewers out to the idyllic provincial parks of Canada, to a mountain top lake he once visited in his childhood. By way of a nature-tv-program-meets-animal cam feed, this performance/live feed explores the relationship between colonialism and nature within the politicized landscape of the wilderness preserve.

The live performance was streamed on YouTube on October 21, 2021, at 3 PM. local time in Toronto, Canada (October 22, 2021, at 4 AM KST), and the recorded video was later uploaded to the Seoul Mediacity Biennale YouTube channel.
