We Chose the Moon

This digital iteration of Taiwanese artist Chang Yun-Han’s We Chose the Moon is a metaphorical expression delivered through words and images. Imagined specifically for the web, its at once nonlinear and evocative nature opens up the possibilities for multiple readings of Chang’s reflections on the experiences of individuals that try to shape the growth, solidarity, future, and history of their societies.

The physical version of the work was installed in three locations across Seoul—the main SeMA building, the Buk-Seoul Museum of Art, and Seendosi, one of the Network venues.
